The YR420WZ is an advanced rotary flexo press, which is designed and manufactured by Shanghai Purlux Machinery Co., Ltd. The YR420WZmakes full use of latest shaftless driven technology, supported by Rexroth. Equipped with digit servo drives on each unit, it can maintain extremely constant web tension throughout the speed range, resulting in very accurate registration stability. The YR420WZ is designed specially to meet the increasing demands of the packaging market. All the key parts are manufactured on CNC machines, and the quality of parts is seriously controlled according to ISO9001 quality control system. The press is easily configured according to your requirement. Unwind and in-feeding pacing, tension control unit, flexo printing, rotary die-cutting, UV vanishing and/or printing, waste wind-up, slitting, sheeting, rewind and delivery conveyor, etc. are all available if you want. The YR420WZis equipped with logic and motion controller, industrial PC with touch screen, web guide, static neutralizer and predetermined counter, it is easy to handle various substrate precisely, such as paper, cardboard, p/s label, film, foil. With inline converting system, YR420WZ is quite suitable for various packaging and label jobs. Especially, it is very suitable for food and pharmaceutical packaging.
